This summer we are once again guests at Ireland's West Cork Chamber Music Festival, one of the most beloved chamber music festivals in Europe. The festival takes place in and around the historic port town of Bantry, on the impressive Bantry Bay in West Cork.
We can be heard in six concerts during this year's festival. In trio settings, we will play works by Brahms, Beethoven and Auerbach. We are also collaborating on a special performance with soprano Katherine Daine in Thomas Larger's ‘My Illness is the Medicine I Need. We are also expanding our lineup into a sextet, along with the fabulous Reto Bieri, Ben Goldscheider and Dana Zemtsov in Pendereski's Sextet for clarinet, horn, string trio and piano.
